Tattoo artist and owner of Victorian Ink, Julio has been tattooing since the turn of the century. Whithin that time he has amassed a range of tattooing skills that go from basic lettering to complex cover-ups and portraits. During this time he has worked alongside and picked up techniques of the greatest tattoo artists around. Artists such as Ink Master season 1 winner Shane Oneill, Eric Marcinizyn and Boog. Originally striving to become a comic book artist, he made sure to learn many valuable skills that are applied to every tattoo.
